Solving Exclusion

01.

Uninterested

1. When you're uninterested, leave that group of people and go and find new friends. Do something that you enjoy and forget about them, someday you'll find true friends.

   2. When you find someone uninterested, help them out. For example: give them suggestion on what to do to kill time, or introduce them to people their type, that way they might get along.

  3. Try to find out why you're uninterested, if it's your problem, then find a way to change. Try to improve your reputation by studying more, do more exercise, learn something new... If it's the group of friends, than just ignore them and leave.

02.

Behavior

1. If you have behavior issues, then try to fix them, if it's like eating your nails, fidgeting or anything else. You may be teased because of such actions, but if you change and become a better person, you'll be accepted and no more teasing.

2. If you have disabilities and behaviors that you can't change, try to ignore them, you can't take everything everyone says about you. Don't be affected by peer pressure, and just be yourself, embrace yourself and just be you. Sometimes other people might think bad about you, but it doesn't mean you need to take it.

3. If you see someone targeted by their behavior, help them out and be a good person. Someone that doesn't get accepted because of their disabilities is not fair, and its not cool for you to just stand there and not help. You can help them by asking them to play, or giving them advice such as: "Don't let them other you, everyone is unique." Try not to post too much things on social media, in case of people teasing you about it if you have disabilities. You can also stand up for them and get the bullies off their back, you can do that by making them look special and eventually they will have a better self-esteem.

03.

1. People often bully you because your family is in a bad situation. The best way is to ignore them and even defend your family because you have the rights to do that, stand up for your parents.

2. Don't let your family problems affect your education, read more books, get better at everything and try your best, don't spend too much time social media cause it can waste your time. Just because your parents are poor or in a bad situation doesn't mean you have to be like that, try your best and you'll have a better future.

3. If someone is excluded because of their family problems, help them to solve these problems. By helping someone in a bad family situation boosts their thoughts about the world, it's not just a sad, depressed world, it's meant to be positive and happy.

04.

1. If you get teased on social media because of certain things, the best way is to ignore. Most of the time its a group of people on social media bully them when they're alone, so fighting back won't be easy. If you ignore them at some point they will get annoyed and eventually stop. Its not like you can't just mute the notifications and not get bothered.

2. If you get teased while studying on any electronic, you can't just close it like what we suggested last time. The best way is to mute the notifications, but if they keep coming, than you would have to put an end to it. You could try to persuade them but that would not work that well. Maybe you can just quite the group and whenever they keep budging you, or you could inform a parent and let them help you. remember, if you need help, don't always solve it yourself, go get some help.
